Do you ever forget to hit your active item ability?
And are you able to hit all 3 active items since some supports have lot of items with active ability.

I hate when i play support nami and have frost queen, ss, banner, mikaels, hourglass, and sweeper and then am overwhelmed by item actives

I always remember. Unless it's Zhonya's. Which is possibly the most important active. Irony, I guess?
As a support, I can reliably handle 3-4 (+1 if you include trinket) active items.
Give me a Randuin's on a tank, and I consider it improvement if I remember to use the dam thing more than once a match.

I always fucking forget to hit Zhonya's when I first buy it in a game.
I either forget I already completed it, or I forget to put it in the right keybind, and when I go to press it, nothing happens because it isnt there.

EDIT: I also played MMOs a lot, so 30 abilities is kinda normal to me.

The only time I forget is when I buy Mikaels. I need to get better at remembering it exists when I buy it.
The gaming mice with the key pads on the side really helped me with this issue. It's a lot easier to remember when they are right at your thumb.
When I was first learning the game, I could not activate actives for my life. Now I can activate my actives a lot more frequently and in greater quantities.
I don't understand what this thread is about... what is this "active ability" you speak of?
I've started Zed this free week, and I have to say Of the four times I've played him in the last two days, I have used youmoos exactly once over a total of 2 hours of games
I am horrid with active items. I am assuming it is because I am stupid. I see them, I know they are there, and yet after the moment has passed I always go "oh yea, that would have helped".

Depends on how core the item's active is to my character. I may for example build a on any mage if I'm against someone it's good against and unless that person's the one hitting me/using their big ability on me, I completely forget about it. If however, I have it on 
etc. It always gets used when necessary because it's just part of that character's combo and is expected to be used to get the most out of them.

Hell yeah i can go hard on using multiple actives. Supp main with a MMO mouse XD. 15 extra buttons on this bad boy, and i got over the learning curve pretty fast. i got this XD. (though i still newb up every once in a while).
Once I played a support game with 5 active items, 6 if you include the trinket. Only Non-active item was boots 0.0
