Dynamic Queue hurting the solo player even in low elo?

Dynamic queue is undoubtedly been a rough experience for high elo players as Riot even admits in their round table video. We can also see LCS players creating their own ladder to play on. But can the same be seen in low elo as well? This is just my personal experience but this what I have seen.

Me personally: After grinding silver for 2.5 years finally hit gold 5 during preseason 6. After rank reset dropped from gold 5 to silver 5. Within 2 months main account back in gold 5 playing mostly solo. Alternate account (this account) dropped from silver 3 to bronze 3. Currently in silver 1 practicing different roles hoping to get to gold soon with 56% win percentage. So for me personally, I have not seen much of a difference. Maybe I finally learned enough and adjusted my play even with major patch changes? Or I am just getting lucky?

One friend: Gold in season 4 & season 5. Dropped to silver 5 at the start of this season. After 200 games is in silver 4....

Another friend: Gold season 4 & 5. Ended season 5 in gold 3. Start of season 6 dropped from gold 3 to silver 3. After 150 games still in silver 3 with 0 lp.... and like 45% win percentage. (I have no doubt in my mind he is a better player than I am or at least used to be. I still ask him for advice time to time).

Few other friends. Silver players around silver 2 or 3 elo. Most stuck in silver 5 this season after hundreds of games.

Strangers: Played with a lot of prior plat players this season especially on my main. (as everyone dropped at least a tier at the start of the season). Even now I still get matched with prior season plat players who have negative win% and are stuck in silver. Maybe they were boosted last season? Main champions fell out of the meta? Haven't adjusted to major patch changes?

Not sure what the answer is. All I know is ranked seems a lot less consistent this season with the introduction of dynamic queue and new champion select. I personally haven't noticed a ton of differences. But It seems I can find a lot of examples of other players struggling with the new system. What is the communities thoughts?

its worse.... cas you have plat players DQ with bronze iii players and they play vs a team full of bronze /silvers and maybe a gold player (usually the gold guy is solo)...

DQ is the msot awful idea riot ever got idk why they keep it

DQ creates a very unfair matchmaking balance.

You were lucky, but imagine one-sided stomps that are decided before 10 minute mark, because of a 3-man premade (which I personally happen to get in ~80% of my games) wrecking 2 people on the other team beyond reason, to the point of being worth less than a minion.

That's most of my games.

Since 2012 I haven't been camped so hard in so many games, than in the 6 months (or however long it actually was) of Season 6's Dynamic Queue alone.

I did manage to crawl from Gold 5 to Plat 5, but it wasn't enjoyable at all. Well, some games were, but I could count them on the fingers of one hand. And I played 220 ranked games so far.

Congrats on Plat. Yea I guess that's more or less the problem is games just aren't as fun. And the getting camped this is very true.

Congrats on Plat.

It's a fucking nightmare, though.

Like Vayne and Alistar try to 2v1 Nasus. And both die.

I'm a season 5 Plat support/mid, 4-6 placements dropped me to silver 1. I started Bronze 4 in season 5 and took me about a month to get to Plat.

So far this season I'm finding it pretty hard to climb out of silver as a solo support player. Plenty of matches as we load into the game I'm already being accused of buying my account or boosting because I'm a Plat player stuck in Silver currently.

Overall this hasn't been a very enjoyable season.
