Sion his ult literally charges at you, it's the definition of being unstoppable.

If Sion starts hitting your Nexus (before dying), only inhibitors spawning will stop him from taking it If you build him using offensive tank items he does really significant damage while also being quite tanky

Alistar His ult is just ridiculous.

So Raid Boss champions?

Aatrox Alistar Chogath Darius DrMundo Galio Gragas Hecarim JarvanIV Maokai Nasus Nautilus Renekton Shyvana Singed Sion Trundle Udyr Volibear

Most unstoppable tank currently is probably Sejuani. That can deal damage is probably Gragas or Amumu.

Nasus and singed come to mind.

Nasus isn't really a tank, he builds full tank because he doesn't need damage items, but Nasus is actually a bruiser.

An actual tank would be Sejuani or Gragas, as they have much better disruption potential than Nasus.

Singed if you chase him. Nasus if he farms for 30 minutes and your team can't kite.

Chogath
most unsloppable because he eats like a pig

Yay, I'm lame.

The issue isn't someone being tanky, I have no issue there. It's when a tank does insane damage, like Chogath . Seriously, Ghostcrawler comes to LoL and makes it more like WoW all the time. What's sad is WoW's serious decline during his time. How do you get hired?
