Question about Gnar and Sterak's Gage

When Gnar transforms into Mega Gnar, are the increases from his passive considered bonus stats or base stats?

There IS a difference, as if the Mega Gnar AD from Rage Gene is classified as "bonus AD", it doesn't benefit Sterak's Gage.

They are base stats.

Just checked the wikia description and it says Rage Gene adds base stats.
