How do I deal with Juggernauts late game?

I don't enjoy how they are so durable and yet so willing to 1 shot my ADC

the Anarchit3cht1 votesIF they are 1 shotting your ADC then either A) They aren't a juggernaut and aren't tanky or B) Your ADC afked all game long and came back and is trying to 1v1 them level 1 to 18.
the Anarchit3cht1 votesHe did extremely well, but none of that proves he was one shotting people. I'm sure it was a hyperbole, but you also have to realize that he has an execute ultimate with a reset.
Vesarixx1 votesHe was 6 items and 2 levels above the jinx by end game, really the way to deal with juggernauts is just to kite them, similar to Nasus late game, 
is actually great against them, barring that having good ward coverage so you don't get surprised by them and good use of flame chompers and zap could really help jinx stay alive in fights.
Zone of Endless1 votesI'm gonna say your ADC is just pure shit. With that comp there's no way their Darius should be able to reach the Jinx. The only way that's possible is if she's constantly getting caught out by Thresh's hook or Lee's kick.
Edit: I just observed the score more closely. Lee Sin wasn't actually even a factor in that game with the 38% kill participation. Either you guys somehow manages to always get caught in Veigar's stun or got outrun by the Darius with that comp.
