God I hate Jarvan. Between his tankiness, his long range mobility that is able to cross obscene distances, and his ability to one shot teams after completing this fun item 
, I'm just sick of seeing him.
Am I alone in this? Are others just tired of Jarvan in their games?

Q: shreds armour and allows you to knock up more than 1 enemy with the e q combo
W: shield that scales with maximum health and slows in an aoe
E: gives a shit load of attack speed and let's you knock up enemies with e q combo
R: deals a shit load of damage and you aren't escaping unless you have a dash or 
And he's a S tier champ. Pretty strong.

Anonagon12 votesI think its a stretch to call him overloaded. The only thing that he does that's atypical of a champion of his class is the AoE attack speed buff of his E, which really isn't even what makes Jarvan an issue. Jarvan's kit has problems regardless of whether or not its overloaded.
Hibeki5 votesJarvan unlike other champions has to fully commit to something. And his kit is not nearly overloaded.
His standard used to do something other than be a marker for Q, it used to give a sizeable attackspeed buff and armor to your team, but they took all that away.
He has to COMMIT. If he jumps away, hes not coming back or else hes not going to have tools to do so.
EQ is highly telegraphed and easily dodgeable, but outside of that all he has is auto attacks. Any sort of mobility, cc, or knockbacks and hes just so sad. If you can dodge the EQ combo and just dash away, he will walk away in tears every time.
Also it does not give a shitload of attack speed. His attack speed base is low to compensate, and it gives 18% on active max last time i checked.

jungle clear is a little to fast for his ulti to be that good. maybe the new runes slowed his attack speed down enough? Im not sure. seeing way to many

Hibeki4 votesJ4 jungler clear is pretty slow. He gets torn apart by the red side camps because he has no reliable dps output on clearing camps. High cooldowns, low damage, low attack speed base.
You think he has fast clears because hes just doing double buffs and ganking.

Just saying they play Anivia so who cares just makes you look retarded. J4 has always been a stupid champ, doesn't help new runes broke damn near every champ that matters so until they get fixed, which knowing Riot means never. Just gotta deal with everything doing a bajillion damage.
(Also side note, J4 is still up there with some of the top banrate champs in the game right now....just saying, J4 is ranked 30 in banrate, out of over 200 ranks, says something there, meanwhile Anivia is a whooping 110. Also J4 has a 10% playrate in both top and bot while Anivia has....2%....again morons are morons)

Yenn3 votesUhh? Jarvan has consistently been one of the top 3 jungles for months. Being ganked by an unavoidable engage from beyond vision range has very limited counter play, especially considering his baseline is tanky enough to make safe turret dives very early.

The Great Divide1 votesOh I completely understand it's items ( I'm looking at this one in particular). Because in the past, he was much more of a tank. Sure he would do damage, but it was like old sej, he did damage, but aoe lockdown and mobility was his prime, functioning much more like a tank.
