How does the Energized passive work if you have both? And which one is better for Miss Fortune? Should I buy both on her?

You get both the effects, but only the one with more damage will actually deal damage (which I think is shiv). So you will be hitting from far away and getting a bolt of lightning too. For builds I would just check u.gg
