@Repertoir Diana rework... when is it happening?

Almost every single Diana main agrees that Diana needs a rework. The only elo where Diana has a positive winrate in is in bronze, and it's because no1 knows how to play against her in that elo.

Akali was reworked for being a "diver with no escape, too much risk and too little reward". Doesn't the same thing apply to diana, maybe even more because Diana is less bursty and doesn't have a shroud-like ability to escape?

I love diana but she's been off-meta since her release. It's quite obvious she needs some sort of change to her kit. One suggestion is that her R and E abilities should be switched, and she should become a true fighter instead of a hybrid champ. Her E (now on her R) has an increased radius and does damage and a higher slow, whilst her R (now her E) pretty much is just Lunar Rush but on Diana's E.
