/REMAKE PRE-GAME PLEASE!

For the past 4 games I've been getting stuck with people who are toxic or trolling right when they get in the lobby. Just now a dude was trolling an locked in to go Soraka top, saying he was going to feed. Someone dodged the game luckily, but now he gets penalized. There should be a remake button or something before game to prevent having to play with these people. The problem I see with this, is that someones champ will get banned/chosen, and they'll want to remake. Im really getting sick of these trolling/toxic games I keep getting in. Because all it does is give me a loss, -22 LP, and the feeling to uninstall due to how much time im wasting with trolls rather than having fun.

How do you make the system without it being abused or punish people who don't play to the normal meta?

Maybe they could build up mulligans in a similar fashion to rerolls on Aram. Every so often, you get one. Limit 2. Obviously they couldn't be handed out like candy but this would allow a person the occasional dodge from an impossible situation. Just a thought.

The issue is as u said; people will just keep remaking the match and u will be ending up remaking games for like few hours before u can actually get a team who are willing commit and normal. Just saying the whole system is flawed with building the feeding or poor quality players with low experience and mechanics and knowledge of the game.
