Serious question for you Riot.

I honestly want to know, do you actually listen to what your playerbase is saying they want?

I understand kind of ignoring the players for balance stuff, but we've wanted actual URF for a really long time and even some good recommendations on how to balance the game mode out with bans especially since we have 10 bans. But you have to do the ARURF stuff, why? WHY? It boils down to who's luckier on the team and gets the more broken champs. This game mode isn't fun, it's just as frustrating as normal/ranked games which is not the point of the rotating game modes.

So I ask you again, why? Why do you do this?
