So, how does the season Ending work exactly?

I'm Gold 5 and currently sitting at 0 lp and I checked to see if I have the victorious sivir skin yet and I don't, so if I played ranked and got demoted would I still get my season rewards? They said it ended on the 11th, but I'd like to know before I start up a ranked que in the hell that is preseason. Not sure if this is the right board or not, and I'm not sure if this is a stupid question.

Rewards are awarded on the 19th. and yes you will still get the skin
