how can i prevent people from spectating my games?

is there a way to prevent people from spectating your games? I really hate when people watch me play, mostly people i know. so i tried to find the setting but was unable to find anything related to spectating.

You cant, but there is no reason they would unless they know you and have a reason to do so?

My buddy likes to watch me when i play my main.... mostly because i think it blows his mind that sometimes I'm not playing Full AD garen mid in norms or taric top/orianna adc(Rip rageblade ded tho im sad)
