well you prolly saw eko's reweal

http://eune.leagueoflegends.com/en/page/champion-reveal/ekko-boy-who-shattered-time

SKARNER got DESTROYED, because he perma slowed with his q

now ekko has the same ability as a passive, and it even grants him movespeed, and doesnt cost any mana, and i didnt saw any significant block to prevent him from doing it every 3 autos on one guy

I realy like how the champion looks and his kit, but i hate that hipocrisy you are pulling off here

so great job on the champ i realy like it, and you should be ashamed of yourself at the same time

Honestly, he seems like Bard 2.0. His play style is the opposite of Bard, but it's essentially Bard. His dash is unnecessary complicated. His ultimate is dumb and useless. His ult has potential though, you could go in an all in offensive, die, and hope that you weren't CC'd for more than a second so that you could activate the ult and go back, finish the job or run away.

his dash is quite simple actualy , he dashes a little and his next auto causes him to blink towards the enemy

his ultimate is complitaced and realy hard to use, but should be insanely rewarding and add a new aspect to the gameplay (looking where that bastard stood 4 seconds ago), but man i consider it a realy fun thing
