So Marksmen can have major buffs to crit items after buffs to counteract nerfed crit

But Fighters can't have items that provide a decent amount of offense and defense.

FYI we are going to see even fewer tanks after this as marksmen will be more effective at killing tanks all the while assassins will still be killing squishies in under a second because if they take any longer they get killed while doing nothing.

Delete Keystones and revert BV and GA already. We need less damage and more effective counter building.
