on Reddit there is a thread saying that QSS should be able to remove Fizz, Zed and Fiora ult again because adcs are in such a bad spot (which is like the stupidest buff you could ever give them) with 400 upvotes in 2 days... Whos right? lol

MissingKayo3 votesHourglass locks the user in place and has a far longer cool down as well as being more expensive and exclusive to which no sub-components have the active. In return, it's complete invulnerability instead of only CC removal. It requires working with and coordinating with the team to make good use of it, instead of being a solo fighter item.
Tecness01 votesYeah, because those midlaners who build hourglass first against zed or talon or something, are definitely thinking about teamwork there instead of countering half a combo with an item, while having your cooldowns lowered because of the 10% CDR and the time in the hourglass. But if you're worried about sub-components having it, just change the QSS to be an exact copy of cleanse, and then scimitar back to what it used to do(remove zed/fizz ults). Problem solved.
