The rework we deserve and need.... the elo rework ?
when will that properly happen? I'm gonna try to keep this short i don't need to tell a personal story you've all been there.

Silver elo feel like a grand central station to any sort of levels between the players, it's a lottery if you will get a player of your level, or a new player on his way to bronze that just has to pass by your matches.

The 10 unranked matches don't feel like they contribute to shit. Whether you win or lose most of them you end up in your genetic elo. Hell last season i think i lost 7 matches and ended up in higher elo than this one and i won half of them.

As other's have mentioned the promo matches feel like they're gimping out LP when you win them and start on just 0, and then when you're like 90+<100 LP and win a match you'll still start off on 0 LP after promo

The requirement to play ranked games is too low, people that get banned get back in the ranks too quickly and there's too many new players with the dream of becoming a pro that are too fresh off the boat bringing down players because after all this is a TEAM based game even 1 of your team mates is all it takes to bring the whole team down and this individual is taking down 4 people with him.
