The declining state of League of Legends

I remember the old days, times when I could hop onto league and play a quick 30 minute match with a few friends and have fun, win or lose. Lots of funny things happened, messing around with the enemy team, like dashing back and forth across a wall, or epic plays when outnumbered, insane comebacks. But those were the old days. Nowadays, Riot seems to ignore the community aside from huge things like dynamic queue. For example, unless you're in high elos, you've probably noticed how OP volibear is. Riot has no current nerfs for him that are incoming. Same thing with jax. But, since there are a lot of voli and jax mains, and a lot of people who are convinced the game is balanced, and the people who don't care, riot is doing nothing about it. Riot seems to balance only around pros and sometimes high elos, a lot of champions are simply not viable in those elos, but are extremely OP in norms or low elos. And Riot doesn't really seem to be changing many supports(Yes I know they are changing some, but not many), and a lot of them I find extremely unfair to play against. Riot just doesn't listen to its community about game balance, and that's a huge issue. And now one of the biggest problems: Riot hardly listens to PBE feedback. Back before malzahar's mid year mage update rework, when everything was just on the PBE, there were probably over 50 videos on YouTube named something like, "New Malzahar the new OP?" or, "New Malzahar is 100% Broken" and Riot waited more than 3 weeks AFTER the mid-year mage update was live, to nerf him slightly. It's like Riot didn't even test him at all. Back to what I said at the beginning, that was the old days. Most of the time in games I've played recently, I've just encountered so many people who don't even care about having fun and just want to win. Now I can easily say that winning is way more fun than losing, But even back when I was just messing around on league, I still had a positive win rate, and was having way more fun. I hope you have sat through and listened to what I have to say, please share this with as many people as possible, and share your feedback.

Just FYI, you aren't allowed to have an opinion on these boards unless it is in favor of Riot or is an issue that has pissed off a lot of people.

If you want upvotes your best bet is to post memes which are attractive of humorous to young people, high schoolers. Since that is basically what this game consists of now.

Notice how these boards don't really get used to have valid discussions? It's just about posting memes now.
