Quin Balance

I'm going to say this outright: QUINN IS OP. At level 1 you pick up a brawler's glove and your Q-AA combo(if it crits) will deal 247.2 damage. Here is my equation: 22+54 *3 + 20+80% of 54 plug it into google calc and you get this. This is at level 1 with no runes or masteries. To put it to comparison, the Q-AA combo for Renekton at level does 118 damage. Here is my equation: 58+60. Also, her E has a common glitch that makes her looks like she's targetable, but she's actually not. Her q has a blind which is so op, because then they can't see where you are and literally can't do anything to you, as long as you stay out of the radius, which is easy. Her W gives waaaaaaay too much vision, and with no mana cost, good luck trying to steal objectives from her. Her E has great conjunction with her Q, as you can blind and slow them to prevent them from doing anything unless they are janna. Her ult is possibly her most ridiculous ability that's not her passive, but I'll get to that later. Trust me, that movespeed is always gonna be up and even when you land a long ranged poke to get her out of it, it has a THREE SECOND COOLDOWN, AND it still procks skystrike. Her passive, on paper, sounds fine. But then you realize, that just like Draven's axes, the damage still triple on a crit. Even more ridiculus, is that the cooldown is lowered by critting, so more crits=more procs= more OP. I have not found a counter to her, and she is impossible to 1v1 even as the tankiest or burstiest of champs, and she just blind-e's and runs away when I can't see her, and while i'm moving at a snail's rate.
