I'm going to say this outright: QUINN IS OP. At level 1 you pick up a brawler's glove and your Q-AA combo(if it crits) will deal 247.2 damage. Here is my equation: 22+54 *3 + 20+80% of 54 plug it into google calc and you get this. This is at level 1 with no runes or masteries. To put it to comparison, the Q-AA combo for Renekton at level does 118 damage. Here is my equation: 58+60. Also, her E has a common glitch that makes her looks like she's targetable, but she's actually not. Her q has a blind which is so op, because then they can't see where you are and literally can't do anything to you, as long as you stay out of the radius, which is easy. Her W gives waaaaaaay too much vision, and with no mana cost, good luck trying to steal objectives from her. Her E has great conjunction with her Q, as you can blind and slow them to prevent them from doing anything unless they are janna. Her ult is possibly her most ridiculous ability that's not her passive, but I'll get to that later. Trust me, that movespeed is always gonna be up and even when you land a long ranged poke to get her out of it, it has a THREE SECOND COOLDOWN, AND it still procks skystrike. Her passive, on paper, sounds fine. But then you realize, that just like Draven's axes, the damage still triple on a crit. Even more ridiculus, is that the cooldown is lowered by critting, so more crits=more procs= more OP. I have not found a counter to her, and she is impossible to 1v1 even as the tankiest or burstiest of champs, and she just blind-e's and runs away when I can't see her, and while i'm moving at a snail's rate.

Who would start with brawler's glove? That leaves you without substain and you deal less damage since you have no AD item to scale with it. Unless you're yas or tryn I wouldn't rush this item let alone start with it.

Always go dorans or if you're cocky and think you've won lane, long sword to push them out of lane instantly.

No not nuff said considering there's only a 10% crit chance. 1/10 of your auto attacks won't even crit, meanwhile quinn is getting bullied in lane because she's too squishy and can't heal and stay with doran's life steal. She can be all in'd and instantly lose farm. With a long sword you're doing consistent damage, and you can actually win trades unlike hoping for 10% crits when you're frail enough to be dead in less than 5 hits. Overall unless you're going corrupting potion or doran's blade you really aren't playing quinn top right.

If you want a crit champion that just walks into lane and actually does consistently crit with scaling damage then look at tryndamere and yasuo, where's your op quinn now?

Sure it is a low chance, but she can keep doing this consistently. I don't actually play Quinn, but I play against her a lot. It is nearly impossible to all in quinn unless you use cleanse, as she just Q-E-AA's you and you cant see or move, and shes done a ton of damage.

If you lost to the 1/5million quinn that starts with crit chance I'm sure your loss was as lucky as encountering a quinn player that off meta.

I did not, I have never played against a Quinn that started brawlers glove, but have been stomped repeatedly by Quinn, in both SR and HA.

So you're saying brawlers glove is overpowered and broken to start with as quinn yet you never seen, heard, or played quinn and started with a brawlers glove...

Okay I'm actually someone who frequently plays Quinn top and Doran's blade is a go-to starter item for me. The sustain is one of the ONLY things that help me stay in lane. Pure dmg is not enough since a lot of top laners have an ability/passive sustain and even if you constantly poke them down it won't be enough without sustain.

Or maybe start with a cloth and all in her since she can't do anything and is frailer than a teemo?

There is new strategy on teemo!

Feed to make enemy dive hard and be trollish
Get ready to be serious and tell your team your plan (at your first death to enemy say "It my secret plan")
Get kills! 3b. Plant mushrooms
Go and outplay now!
Report if your team is still talking bad
Win game
Make your teamates say "Honor teemo"
Suprise your teamates that you won!
If you lost, do it again for 1000 games!
If you lost 1000 games on that strategy, do it on challenger!
Repeat everything.
