Riot stop putting me with people like theese

Every game I get minions who steal my cs, and have very very bad focus.... they also feed the enemy tons of gold! Riot are you purposely matching me with these noob minions?

And why is their respawn timer so weird? they respawn so fast = they feed more cs. GG RIOT

and the enemy team always has a smurf minion that attacks me if I try to his his laner :C

I went from bronze to gold, but its almost as if the minions are the same! no improvement in skill at all!
