Looks like shit.

It was a good rune nobody was complaining about. Lets nerf it.

Domination is powerful and effective. Sorcery is lackluster with lame keystones. Lets take one if the only really good runes from sorcery and give it to domination.

You dont need to screw up good runes to introduce nimbus cloak. Just throw it in the same tier and let people have thier choice. Nimbus is pretty niche.

It's bugged, had same cd at 4 takedowns and at 5 takedowns .. fking rito
