They can make play and fail but not fall behind from it

Pick Yi or Karthus and just farm until you can faceroll and take 3 towers off one fight
Anomander4 votesIt has to do with the ganking viability when you are 1-2 levels behind. High utility jungles become stronger as they don't need the damage a extra level gives to say a 
where as a it is all about the cc they bring to a fight.
