PBE Van Damm's Pillager should read "your crits no longer benefit from last whisper"

What kind of a joke is this? Itemization for anyone building scaling crit is now really ???? on TT.

I can't even tell if it's a nerf or a buff because of how itemization on the map works. Early mixed damage is strong, sure, but...
