Im not qq'ing, just asking. Last match there was this xin that got really fed and he built guinsoo devourer and ruinedking and i think to myself "man thats alot of magic damage but thats alot of auto attacks too. wth do i build?". It just seems like you have to do alot of footwork to take steps towards playing against stuff like that ya know?
Nah just champions that use them r strong in a non team enviroment, ie xin zhao has good built in attackspeed and splutpushes rly well etc, easy to play.
Considering that there are no Devourer reliant junglers with decent performance at high elo, who choose Devourer over other items, and go Devourer-Guinsoo's, I'd say that hints at "No." That combination does not occur in the aggregated data so that is some suggestion that item combination is not overpowered. The champions who can afford to not take Devourer, take something else; the Devourer reliant junglers do not have good performance in terms of winning games and for champions that do take devourer, the best performing builds on the champions don't go into Guinsoo's after that except for a couple, Jax and Xin. If the item combination was as ridiculously OP as it's reputation around here, we should see something different, right?
