Azir feels underwhelming to play atm

So i'v been playing a few games with azir and i feel hes very hard to play correctly and not rewarding enough. Hes super squishy which i get due to his soldiers but he doesn't seem to have any real potential unless the enemy mess's up royally. Maybe i just suck with him but there is a reason berj doesn't play him as much anymore.
