You Hate The Balance Team? You Hate the Art Team? You Hate The Developers?

Stop supporting them. Stop giving them compliments, stop telling them they are doing a good job, stop giving the company money in which their workers are getting paid with, stop giving them your time, and stop giving them your creativity. If you feel like the Development team is incompetent and not doing anything, stop giving them things for the sake of giving them something. If you are complaining and trying to champion for a VGU for your favorite champion for the past 5 plus years and the Development team is not talking about it or doing anything, stop supporting them. If you feel like the Developers are not doing enough for the game in terms of balance and making all types of champions relevant in some way, then stop supporting them. Hit these morons where it hurts them the most, their time and money.

The Developers are not going to change or make the game better if they don't have a reason to. They are not listening right now and what little they do talk about are false promises and a bunch of hot hair coming out of their butt-holes. Stop giving them anything if they are going to work on the same stuff every year. Meddler doesn't care, Reav3s doesn't care, KatyChaos doesn't care, the balance and update team doens't care, and the art department doesn't care. Stop wasting your time and money if you don't like the game and what they are doing with it. Move on and come back when they finally do something.
