Even if she is behind she can still one shot you. You can't out farm her because if you try to CS you'll lose 1/3 of your HP. You can't out sustain her because of her passive and Q. You can't trade with her because she outdamages you by hitting a Q and an auto attack. You can't engage on her because of her 8 seconds "fuck you" shroud. You can't kite her because she has 3 dashes and a small blink.
It's probably why she's scheduled for an update this season.

...... Ive played quite a bit of kled in my time and i feel like he is the best option to counter her mid. If you hit a kled q before she enters her "fuck you shroud" the duration is long enough that you can just pull her to stop her from doing anything. "But canadain what about her q that shit hurts and heals her" you might be saying to yourself and yes this is very true you have this thing called a W passive, try maxing that first with conqueror and see who hurts more. "oh but her 3 dashes those are scary" well my friend thats where his e comes in you can now dash through her dashes and heck its refresh rate is shorter then the refresh on her r so you should have no problem wasting 2 of her dashes right there. Thats just me tho if ur afraid to take kled mid take 
. his e can cancel her dash.

It's true. The ones I've played recently even start 
and still can chunk 1/3 your health with an electrocute proc.
They at least need to drastically tone down her sustain so she can actually get poked out of lane. She's up for a rework though so she won't get touched until then.
