Long cast animations vs instant
Working as intended or out dated ideas?
IE: Syndra ult vs Cho'Gath ult. Syndra's damage is guaranteed after clicking, Cho'Gath ult can fail to cast for a number of reasons and also has a animation delay.

Syndra's ultimate not being interrupted by her death is something I find annoying, but it works pretty much like all the other non-channeled abilities in the game. Cho's ultimate occasionally fails because it is technically a 0.25s channel during its animation which means it can fail. It was worse not so long ago, though, when it was 3x longer.
On the other hand, Lux's ultimate channels as well but for some reason is unable to fail. Perhaps a consistency pass would be in order (though AFAIK Lux's ultimate is the only non-interruptible channel in the game). I think making Syndra's ultimate a channel would definitely take some of the edge off its somewhat exorbitant power too.
Ezreal's ult is also uninterruptible, maybe Jinx and Nami but I haven't seen it yet
Ah, true, I forgot about Ezreal's. Nami's I can say with certainty can be interrupted, not sure about Jinx's though.

Jinx's can be interrupted.
I feel like instead of putting champions into the "rework que" there could be a number of clean ups for their abilities.
Imagine if ChoGaths ult became like Warwick or Rammus, he grabs opponent instantly and bites them. Add a 0.25 sec root for the animation to play out.
