a lot of champions have silence.

why can't kassadin have his silence back on his Q? his q is one of the worst abilities in the game. I get its utility. but most of the time its useless. its damage is really low.. moderate scaling but you want high base damage for the only ability that he can poke with from range. just buff this mother fucker already. he has one of the lowest bursts of all ap mages/ assassins along with probably also the lowst ratios scalings and base damages.
