Any champion is op with rageblade.

well not really. but. the other day i had a jg blitz devoure rageblade and i was 0/4 and i went 8/4. even on champs that you usally build ad on. like vi. rageblade and devoure are just way better. it allows you to do sustained damage while being tanky. I mean you just 100-0 an adc in like 1-2 seconds while build 3 tanky items. its really not just jax. the item just a lot of ad and ap on hit. you're getting over 100 on hit damage (combination of ad and on hit). plus 60+% attack speed. thats crazy. I mean mastery yi doesn't even have on hit magic or anything half the item is basically gone and yet its still so good.
