Oh look Ezreal still sub 46% win rate
Stop giving him trash buffs and actually revert a ton of the nerfs you threw at him due to kelpto and double tear build. hes been sub 46% win rate the entire preseason due to kleptos removal.

Right! Incoming flood of people to cry “his pick rate his pick rate!!!!” As if that justifies his kalista level winrate.
Tanks haven't been meta in top lane for about 3 years. Get in line.
If a popular champion with high playerrate has bellow 50% winrate, that is fine. Ezreal is, has been, and will remain on of the most popular marksman of all time, so him having a winrate lower than 50% is fine.
The only reason why his playerate hasn't truly dropped yet to 
and 
is due to his sinergy with Conqueror, and that's where true display of skill of using the keystone comes between good Ezreal and bad Ezreal players. The ones who know how to use it are the ones who are still keeping his 46% winrate at bay, otherwise the bad ones would've just dopped it to 30% already.
You just need to hit more skillshots, that'll increase the 46% winrate.
So what about all the other 46 and -46 wr champs? Are adcs suppossed to have special priority?
Only adcs will constantly act like a champ with an insanely high pick rate and a winrate still higher than akalis is broken.
Meanwhile, MORE akali nerfs!
The real reason behind the winrate is high pickrate and adc players not being able to aim since they don't normally have to.
