tenacity for singed.

singed is just really hurt right now because of the lack of tenacity. the thing is. you get 20% from the MR boots. but you cant get 15% from the mastery tree because you NEED deathfire touch on singed. its essential. what is the solution here? can we have an item like moonflair spellblade on SR? give us more tenacity. 20% is all we can get right now . 35% with the mastery but other than just straight up tanks nobody gets it. 20% isn't enough. buff it back to 35% it used to. way too many champions have slows/stuns and forms of crowd control. and many matches are decided by which team can perma-stun perma-slow you during team fights and its just relaly infuriating when u can do nothing about it. what is the counterplay to crows control. tenacity has been nerfed too much. if irelia is the reason why then better nerf irelia than the other 127 champs have to suffer.
