I can confirm that Orianna is the Safest champion in league
Why does she doesn't have clear weakness?

She's a popular LC$ money maker. How would Riot milk money off whales if she was nerfed to parity? Same reason they admit to keeping Lee broken.
Ori hasn't been meta at Worlds since season 4 and Lee is pretty bad right now

"Pretty bad"? Isnt he still at a 30% playrate?
Orianna is like see sin and crit; shes so powerful for so long that most people cannot fathom a world without them being strong.
play rate doesnt mean much, but its actually closer to 21%. Huge drop from the 42-45% he had a few patches ago.
What's important is his winrate, which at one point was almost 50%, but after his nerf to his R and base MS, he now sits just below 47%

Thats not true at all, what are you smoking?
A playrate of below one with a winrate above 70 is balanced. The higher the playrate goes, the lower the win rate should be. Lee sin having SUCH A MASSIVE PLAY RATE should mean his win rate is proportionally less; 20% playrate (i doubt this... but im to lazy to double check, eh. Its usually 25~30 at all times) should be around 45-48% win rate. If its not, something is wrong.
Also, lee sins "nerfs" did nothing to him. Oh bo hoo he went from 350MS to 345 (or 345 to 340. doesnt matter much....) and he got a rank 1 cooldown increase on his ultimate. He still has one of the highest AD burst kits in the entire game.
But the trend for Lee sin clearly doesn't follow that. After his nerf and play rate dropped, so did his winrate. By your logic, his winrate should have remained relatively the same simply because the play rate dropped. By this assumption, mostly dedicated player remained, yet even their winrates have taken something of a hit.
Also, the ms wasn't that big but people on reddit and the boards insisted it be done. If it didn't matter much, it wouldn't have been done. On top of that, his ult CD was increased from 90/75/60 to 110/85/60. As an early game jungler, this is a huge blow to his power. Lee scales terribly after 15 minutes, so power stripped from before impacts him immensely.

You realize "lee sin falls off" is a fallacy because youre building him
.
Lee sin has a 340+1.4bAD Q, 180+0.7bAD on his E (i think? im not entirely sure) and 600+2.0bAD on his ult. LITERALLY he has to land his Q and hes going to do a _guaranteed _ 1100+4.0bAD because his kit is mostly point and click or non-targeted proximity. Do you understand just how HUGE that damage is? Combined with his inane mobility?
Lee sin doesnt "fall off" - its the bruiser build that falls off. Its the same reason why marksman dont "fall off".
Ori has been in a bad spot for a long time, then got some buffs many many patches ago and just now she is shining again for the past few patches because she remained untouched for a long time after that.
She's okay, can be very good if played right. I wouldn't call her too powerful, maybe a little bit too effective as of now.
If they're both so bad, why are both nearly pick/ban in LC$ not only this year, but every year before that as well?
Riot even admits to Lee being broken. They also admit to keeping him broken for his "contribution to competitive."
So because a Challenger player mains a certain champion, they're automatically busted. I mean, it's a reasonable assumption, but citing one player does not back up your claim. One guy could have a 74% winrate over 300 games on Ryze and you could claim he's busted.
She's not. She doesn't have instant repositioning or stealth abilities.
