Is it possible to cancel the release of the new champion for now ?

Anyone that has friends that play on the PBE probably has heard this about him but... like to sum it up. Any iteration of his weapons and Q causes a different problem in the game. I don't think this champion as a player is fit for release or this game. I know this post is pointless because riot will just go ahead and release it, but i wanna try to build this momentum for when ti happens again in the future we're already upset about it because it won't be the first time.

Aphelios is fine. His numbers are probably a bit overtuned, but he's mechanically sound.

no we cannot delay a release because people in the PBE are getting blasted by some random champion. If the new champion is strong it will get nerfed. PBE's matchmaking is terrible due to the low amount of people playing on it and the vastly differences in skill lvls of everyone on the PBE
