Follow this pattern:
Get blue, you don't need a leash (seriously), go to wolves, go to Gromp. You are level 3. Walk to the dragon. Smack dragon. Smite the dragon at around 75% health. Continue smacking dragon.
You will have officially just gotten dragon at level 3. Now go forth and relish in this delicious balancing.
Yorick can solo it easily at level 3 when played Jungle. So can Shyvana.
This isn't unbalanced.
This isn't new...but I guess this is what happens when an underused champion gets reworked. People figure out shit that isn't even new.
Really? I've had success against Infernal drake with 3 pots, machete, get red, kill dragon at level 2. Though Ocean or Wind might be a bitch at level 2 cuz of their AS.

rebgar can too with his w he is so good at getting health back go red then blue then frog then drag it will be easy with any drag but infernal cuz he does so much dmg
Yeah WW traded his late game for a far better early game. At 4 items old WW could solo baron or elder dragon easy now he can actually gank early w/ fear/dr from e and has more global pressure from the new W, but relies on snowballing the game w/ these tools rather than old WW who just powerfarmed and only ganked lanes when ult was up.
Anyone can solo earth drake at lvl 3. What with its negative attack speed and all lol.
But is it even worth? You'll be behind in EXP and gold on the enemy jungler, it's risky because if he spots it you're dead. Unless it's an infernal, you're setting yourself way behind for just a small advantage. If drake gave global gold like it used to, it'd be worth, but there it's kinda ask to get snowballed on.
