Riot really needs to limit new\reworked champion spams in ranked

hi all, one issue I have been seeing is the spamming of new or reworked champs like Camille and Warwick while the players themselves utterly suck or troll or whatever the fuck they are doing to ruin the game for others. so here is my suggestion to allowing them into a ranked game.

Get to ranked 3 with them on either the PBE or live servers: if you can't play them well, then don't play them at all. and your rank is proof of it. simples

or the community could try to understand what they are playing against its shouldnt takes you 4 months of seeing a champion to figure out what the do and adversely what works against them its not like anything 100% new is comming out that isnt already in the game in some way last 100% new thing to come out was bards passive and e
