Because Jhin's cooldown refund + refund from ER let him spam his ultimate too often I'm guessing, or at least that's how Riot felt.
Because not being punished for misusing AN ULTIMATE is kinda stupid
just get 
and remember to use all four shots when you ult
it's a major nerf but as long as they don't nerf him again I think he can handle it
The damage changes actually make it more important to use his ultimate at a point where you can actually secure a kill, instead of simply poking someone down to pretty much nothing at any point.
wish they gutted the damage out of his ult. its not an execute its a freaking engage to pick off back line squishies prior to the actual fight. which is BS. they need to remove something on the ult.. but i wish it was the slowing effect.
