Ok... so I'm guessing you haven't played a burst mage mid before? Start by playing lux. The most basic ass champion in the game.

E then auto. Q then lazer they're dead.

People really need to learn to respect zoe instead of jumping on her w/o any minions around.

She has a frickin' portal, the problem is, the sleep let's her Q deal true damage

If she uses her portal she'll go back to its starting point. If you're the jungler wait in bush for her to use her abilities before jumping on her.

I do agree her cooldowns are much too low still.

It's not true damage, but it is significant. I feel like they really need to overall lower the numbers on her Q. Not by a lot, but by a small amount. It'll make her feel much fairer.
