Riot, now would be a great time to bring back mana pots.

With most mage items losing mana regen. The early game is rough in the aspect that running out of mana happens every couple spell casts. If we reintroduced mana pots, they would help mages through the early game, allowing them time to build mana items, and it would allow damage to be built first versus mana.

Now would be the time Riot.

Not to mention Zed wouldn't absolutely have to be permabanned if people could rush Zhonya's without limitting themselves to 2 rotations per fight.
