Could shield/heal modification be shown?

Hello Rioters,

I was wondering if perhaps the items and shield bonus could be shown in the shield/heal ability text value when purchased? We can easily see AP bonuses on heals and shields ability text but the +15% bonus isn't displayed once one or both of these items have been purchased. This also goes for Windspeaker's Blessing. I would like to know the exact amount I am shielding or healing. If able, I would like the modified values to be shown for all items that grant shields and heals too.
