Rammus.
-Note: I play Rammus a lot and enjoy him thoroughly-
So Rammus is one of those champs that is kinda blocked off by mobility, anybody with dashes 
or walls
or some form of super mobility 
can pretty much Kite him, escape, or in general ignore him. I personally think that

is a really fun thing to run and works pretty well as a cheese gank in some of my games.
He has his weaknesses, he has strengths *cough 3 second lockdown combo every 7 seconds cough
Just wondering what you guys think about . Good or bad and why.
