Needs a longer cooldown.... It has the same cooldown as Talon's Cutthroar.... does more damage than Talon overall, but has the movement and Utility of a madman.... His Playful trickster can put 2 min ults on cooldown.... What the actual fuck?
I say it needs a 15 sec cooldown... It does good damage mand is the ultimate escape/disengage

Water Breathing1 votesThink the best way to go about doing it would be putting it on a higher CD if he uses Trickster (2nd E) and the current CD if he just uses Playful. That way he can keep his waveclear but have more risk when doing the second jump.
