The minions ai is so god damn bad

So looking through a lot of my matches and watching the replays. The minions do shit that actually makes no sense. Like one of my matches i have 8 minions in lane he hits me with a full combo and does a 1/3 my hp not a single minion attacks him and hes standing right next to them. During that combo he killed one minion. I go to poke him back so i hit him with an auto. He had 7 minions in lane and im ranged but 6/7 minions go for me while im not even near the fcking minions, like what the actual fck. Same thing happened again but im pushed up a little bit, so i hit him with an auto attack and this minion followed me for 6 seconds back to my tower where it died. Once again none of my minions attack the other champ. The ai for the minions is just awful.

Minions only aggro on auto attacks not spells. Also, if he is behind the minions (the minions are facing the other way) they wont aggro either.

I could bet that the enemy minions are way more intelligent than ours. Whenever i throw a skillshot at an enemy, there's always a minion sidestepping to take the hit. Like minions are walking toward each other, one of them slightly bumps into the other and then walks 200 units to the side and will take what would have been an easy skillshot.
