Is tahm kench ever not gonna be broken

So nasus full build vs tahm kench full build and tahm kench can 1v1 nasus. My build is Trinity force, Deadmans, spirit, Thornmail,Boots, titanic hydra. Tahm has all support items. I have 500 stacks on q, plus 200 dark harvest. Yet i still can't 1v1 a tahm kench. while i never got out of aa range from him and dodged 2 out of his 4 qs. He had no help. Seems like a balanced champ.
