So ive been going up against a few viegars lately and past around the 35 -45 min mark his ult does 90% of a persons hp. like thats one of the stupidest things ever. He doesn't need to be fed as long as its a late game he can literally one shot people with just his r. Its like his r is an execution if you've taken 1 hp of damage. I don't really get it.

Ya can use the same argument for trist, twitch, etc. A champ shouldnt automatically win lategame when their early and mid isnt even weak.
GankedByWindows1 votesYou could make an arguement for twitch/trist not being weak midgame, but veigar is weaker than a cannon minion early game. He is actually completely terrible. The only thing even remotely useful is his E until about 20 minutes.

ARAM ZooKeeper1 votesI'm not really a fan of point and click nukes... seems like they could replace his artillery with his ult, just swap the cooldowns and damage, atleast then its a dodge-able skill shot, just give him the same damage and add area of effect since its a skillshot then.
