You guys are asking for ADC buffs because they do no damage so Riot is fulfilling your requests. Instead of Vayne dealing 600 damage every 2 seconds with stealth, now she can do it every 1 second instead.
You guys are the same people that say damage is too high but ADC damage is too low.

The vayne buffs really aren't necessary, and will likely put her into pick/ban territory, then a few patches later riot will gut her to be worse than she currently is. Even if players are asking for adc buffs, that doesn't mean you can't complain about riot buffing them too much.
After3perma3 votesADCs should take long to scale up because they are the hardest scaling champions in the entire game. They should have to suffer early and mid game to be able to reach their god like status late game.
Dynikus4 votesThe problem with that is most games don't ever make it to late game anymore, or by the time they do, the game is already basically over. They should take long to scale up, but they shouldn't be in a state where they're borderline useless for 2/3 of the game, then suddenly become a hard carry 30 minutes later. It should be more gradual and less of a severe power spike.
Regardless of the state of ADCs, I already stated my concern with the Vayne buff. She's in a relatively good place right now. A slight attack speed buff might be good, but overall she's not too strong or too weak. The proposed change will make her too strong, and as riot has a tendency to do, they'll overdo their nerfs to her.

The other problem is that the items which ADCs NEED to increase in power can be readily taken up by other champs, who, to be fair, really shouldn't be requiring or using the same items. It's an echo of the other part of the botlane problem that supports can't have good items - because once they are good, they get abused by other lanes. (And those same support items often work in sync with the ADCs and their items - giving the ADCs a needed power boost.)
On top of that, both botlaners have been for the past few seasons up to 2 levels behind the jungle and other lanes. Not exactly a fair fight when the fiesta breaks out and the 2 levels behind botlane carry is still trying to finish the first item.

Im certain the ADC players want the ADC's to be buffed, but buffed the "correct" way. The Vayen PBE buff is the "wrong way to buff a champion" 100%.

adc will never be on the level of other roles because of how many big names stream and play it, also how the lead devs main it. Its sad.
