An Argument in favor of More Information
League of Legends works best when it is a delicate balance between strategy and execution. I think both need to be relied on equally. If one ends up having too much impact compared to the other, the game suffers. That said, pick and bans is a huge part of strategy. This is a problem. Why? Because in solo Q you do not have enough information to make the most of your bans. I am arguing in favor of giving players enough information to make the most of their bans. To that end, all players should be able to hover their mouse over the enemy team's players to see a certain amount of stats for their opponents. These stats should let players know who their enemies are, the same way pro games are played. By doing this, you do not end up completely wasting bans on champs the enemy team had no intention of playing in the first place. By giving players more information, you allow strategy to have more impact in the lower rings of ranked play. In the lower ranks, execution arguably trumps strategy by a lot. This is a problem IMO and I have proposed a solution to solve this. ALSO. Five bans please. We've waited long enough.
