For fun, Poll: Which champions in league have the most toxic kits to play against?

I can't put more than 10 options so I'm only going to put the ones I feel are actually low counterplay and not just "un fun" to play against. this means I'll be leaving out champions like teemo and fizz who are really really annoying, but have sufficient counterplay if you learn how to play against them.

obviously every champion has some form of counterplay, but some are outdated and toxic as all hell compared to others. an example would be Old Fiora. she could obliterate anyone level 3 and level 6 if she got enough dmg on you, you were pretty much dead. nevermind her team fight against clumped up targets once she got hydra. so cancer she had to be gutted.

I will also be leaving out Evelynn who is pretty toxic, but is being reworked so no reason to list her here.
