Are there any plans on reworking champions like kata lb and tf

all of them are rather historical or iconic i should say

while lb is quite fine, some poeple complain about the burst, well we cant just ingore the fact that her ult is just a pile of wasted potential and this topic is rarely picked up

kata usualy makes an uproar ... many hate her for her fast paced gameplay which makes it hard to stop her, others consider it a crucial part of her risk vs reward factor ... but we can deny it resets are toxic especialy when they are put on an assasin (or should i say that they are only toxic on assasins, other champions seem to be quite fine with them)

and tf, this guy is not fawoured by ballance right now, but thats not even close to his problems ... he has a skill called pick a card that is meant to be like 3 skils in one, a skill for every situation but it can be a hit or miss, yeah but we only use gold card, some blues in laning phase, but thats it if its mid game and you pick red or blue card you just failed also his ultimate ... 2 diverse parts, one cooldown, if you want one you need to use the other otherwise you just waste half of your skill ... and he never got that tweak to refund some of his cd when he does not teleport

i think that riot should shift some attention to those mages
