Does static shiv and rapid fire stacked damage stack?
Does the discharge passive from both items stack with each other? i tried it at one point but they didn't have their own individual tool tips so i couldn't tell.

Rain NT1 votesShiv, Shiv proc can actually crit so it technically does more damage the more crit you have.
