Swap Katarina's mark and dagger damage

DAGGER MAGIC DAMAGE: 60 / 85 / 110 / 135 / 160 (+ 45% AP) MARK MAGIC DAMAGE: 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 (+ 15% AP)

Maybe buff it a bit so it isn't too weak but you get the point.

Because manaless, point and click harass is retarded.

This means that Katarina actually would require a degree of skill to play.
